1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LimoPDF website (limopdf.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms. This platform is developed and operated under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia (Samarinda, East Kalimantan).

2Service Description & Document Privacy

LimoPDF provides web-based PDF utility tools (Merge PDF, Split PDF, Compress PDF, and Image to PDF). All document processing executes 100% Client-Side in your browser via WebAssembly (WASM). Your documents are never uploaded to or stored on remote servers.

3Account Registration & Daily Quota

• Free Account Registration: Users can register for free to receive daily processing quota allocations.
• Daily Quota Reset: Every free account receives a daily processing quota that automatically refreshes and resets each day (00:00 WIB).

4Payment Terms & Transactions

LimoPDF provides options for additional quota upgrades / paid Pro plans. All transactions are securely processed through authorized Payment Gateway providers.

5Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because LimoPDF provides instant digital goods/quota, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

• Technical Errors: If payment succeeded but quota failed to credit to your account within 24 hours due to technical error, we will issue a 100% full refund or credit the quota manually.
• Refund Requests: Submit refund requests to costumercare@limopdf.com with your transaction receipt and registered account email.
